I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Master’s in Child Protection, specializing in family systems and support, from Nova Southeastern University.
With over 10 years of experience, I have worked as a mental health professional supporting individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in working with clients through issues around identity and belonging, including immigrant and racial identity, as well as Parenting, PTSD, Abandonment, Anger, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, Grief, Trauma (including intergenerational trauma) and Relationships.
My treatment approach integrates ART therapy, Solution Focused therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Narrative therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My goal is to empower clients to thrive, not just survive, by helping them build resilience, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and cultivate meaningful connections.
I am committed to providing a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals and families can heal, grow, and live fulfilling and balanced lives. I believe in equipping clients with the tools they need to overcome challenges and embrace their potential for lasting change and personal growth.
